# fable-to-opus

A small, honest playbook for getting Opus (or any current Claude model) to pick up
the **work habits** that made Fable feel so effective — verification, completion,
and investigation as *procedure*. *(Fable was a Claude model we worked alongside on real
cases; when it was retired, the work moved to Opus — and the question became which of its
habits were actually portable.)*

It is **not** a magic switch, and it is **not** a force-install. Its whole point is the
opposite: it helps you **adapt** a handful of field-tested habits into **your own** setup.
